Satisfied w service. No avail phone contact for company and glasses received in a case that is too small for my glasses.

Clear "single vision thin and dark" lens. Lenses didn't fit wrap around sunglass frames, however.

The turnaround time was about 3 weeks. Wish the whole process would have been a little faster than that and that there would have been a way of seeing expected delivery date during the process. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the work they did. These were single vision lenses.

I was very pleased with the work done by Lens Factory. I sent in 5 pairs of eyewear and they were relensed within a week. They even repaired a missing nose pad and provided me with a new case for each pair. Very happy with their product and I will use them again. Much more reasonable prices than any other place I have previously used.

I used Lens Factory a year ago and was very pleased with all aspects of their business and the products I received. But this year when I sent for new lenses I did not receive any communication about the status of my order until I emailed them 6 weeks after they received my frames. They apologized and sent my glasses immediately. Not sure why took so long. They offered no reason.

Had LensFactory put lenses in my frames the turn around was faster then expected and quality 4 of 5 stars, one of the lenses has some play on the frame, very minor but worth mentioning. Other then that very satisfied and would definitely use them in the future.

Best reviews compared to others I checked on so I gave them a try. Good communication and I was happy with quality. I will say the turnaround time is a little longer than expected, but reasonable at 10-15 days
