They remade my lenses at no extra charge even though the mistake was in the prescription that I originally sent them.

The lens factory made a great set of lens for my glasses. Only concern was it took a little longer than I expected due to a problem coating the lens. But when I received them they were as expected.

The frame was returned to me with the new lenses installed, and they are great. However, it took more that 2 weeks from the initial order to the receipt of my updated frames. Honestly, this is much slower than my local optician, and really not much less expensive (between 5 and 10% less).

Excellent personal service , affordable lens replacement in existing frames, prescription perfect, picked up in less than one week.

Overall, it was a good experience using this company. The time from placing the order to receiving the frames with the new lenses was slower than I would have expected (over a month), but in fairness it was over the holidays. The lens quality is pretty good, although I feel the segment height should be slightly higher. The craftsmanship (assembly) is excellent (not necessarily something easy to accomplish on a drill mount such as my eyeglasses).

WAITED LONGER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO PROBLEM WITH LENS.TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM IN PERSON BUT CONTINUALLY GOT RECORDING.NO ONE EVER PHONED BACK.FINALLY EMAIL RECIEVED APOLOGIZING PROBLEM AND ALL WENT WELL AFTER THAT.GREAT LENSES.WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN..JUST FIX THE PHONES.ONCE YOU ACTUALLY REACH A LIVE PERSON THEY ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH.VERY COMPETANT AND KNOWLEGEABLE.

If you love your old frames, but your prescription changed send them to Lenes Factory for a no hassle upgrade of your old to new glasses. I did and I love them. Yes, both glasses and Lenes Factory. You will hear from me again!

Lenses are great but the front of my frames are bowed not straight. I don't know if the new lenses where made bowed or not. They are good to use but took some getting used to.
