I was provided excellent service. The first set of lenses were a bit off as the near lens in the bifocal was a bit high in relation to my eyes. I was assisted by Shamone and she expedited the new lenses and they were perfect. Working in construction, I'm hard on lenses. I can scratch a brand new pair of plastic lenses in the first week, and after 6 months they're scratched so bad I need to replace them. That gets expensive, so I've been wanting to go back to glass lenses for the durability. Sent in my old glasses (I had a spare pair that got me through a few weeks til my new ones were ready) with no prescription, and they matched them perfectly. I got transitions glass with a progressive prescription. They are perfect. A little heavier than plastic, but no big deal for me. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend the Lens Factory. Many of the box store Glasses companies don't even offer glass lenses.
