I wasn't sure what my pd was, sent them a couple of guesstimates and an old pair of glasses with a note, and received the glasses back within a week or so perfectly made! I would use them again in a minute.

I get exactly what I want for a fair price. I have a preference for glass lenses as I live in a salt / sandy enviorment. Plastic lenses would only last 3 to 4 months without scratches. Now I can get lenses that last in days - and it is not an easy prescription

I had a pair of computer glasses I purchased a few years ago from my ophthalmologist's retail side of the business. Unfortunately, I found these glasses very inconvenient to use and only wore them a few times. When my eyeglass prescription recently changed, I thought I could just replace the lenses in these computer glasses. My ophthalmologist's retail store was willing to do this, but the cost was outrageous - almost the same as a new pair of glasses. I read that most eyeglass stores will not put lenses in your frames, so I started searching online. I visited many websites and compared all of them. I chose Lens Factory because of their options and low prices. I contacted them a few times with questions before ordering and the responses were quick and helpful. I ordered my lenses and they sent a prepaid box for me to mail the frames to them. I received my eyeglasses back in about 2 weeks. I am very happy with my "new" glasses. The lenses are the thinnest, lightest I have ever had. I see great, so the prescription must be right. The only complaint I would have is very minor - the nose pads on the frames I sent were starting to yellow. I had hoped they would have replaced them, but didn't. The next time I order from LensFactory I will see if I can purchase new pads. Otherwise, I will definitely order from them again!

I loved that I could send you frames I bought elsewhere and you would put in the lenses. You took my prescription and followed it to a T. I'm sending another pair of frames next week. I'm so glad I found you.

Had a pair of frames that needed to have lenses. I did not want to pay as much as my eye doctor charges so I found lense factory. The choices are great. I mailed glasses with Rx and received them back in less than two weeks. The quality of the lenses are just as good as what I would get from the eye doctor. I absolutely love my glasses. I will buy from lens factory again.
