After some slight issues with return shipping, my glasses (two pair) arrived and the lenses are perfect! I've never worn eyeglasses before and recently suffered some eye trauma which made needing the glasses imperative. Now, after wearing them for about two weeks, I enjoy them more and more each day. Since I'd never worn eyeglasses before, I was shocked at the prices quoted by the optometrist. The cost after insurance for one pair was greater than buying two pair of Oakley frames and sending them into Lens Factory. Overall, the experience was greatly positive and I'm loving my new eyeglasses.

My online order for making new lenses for my glasses went smoothly. A phone call to confirm my questions was answered promptly and the glasses arrived back to me promptly and in good shape.

The selection and prices for replacement lenses were very good. Shipping and processing using their prepaid mailing box was very convenient. The lenses received seem equal or better than those from the local glasses shop.

I followed the directions and sent my new RX along with an old pair of glasses so my pupilary distance could be measured and my new glasses are perfect.

Glass lenses are hard to find. These lenses (glass) Lens Factory made out preform my Zeiss Digital lenses. I used my old frames to use as a back up pair. But now they are my main pair. I will order from them in the future.
