I ordered lenses for two pairs of sunglasses. I ordered a light shade of gray tint thinking the lenses would still be sunglasses, but the light shade was very-lightly tinted and were definitely not dark enough to be sunglasses. LensFactory's customer service reps were very helpful and asked me to return the two pairs of glasses to see what they could do. A couple weeks later, I received my sunglasses with new dark tint lenses, and the prescription was perfect and the tint was perfect. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong shade lenses, but LensFactory corrected my mistake and made me a very happy customer.

I paid $330 out of pocket for progressive lenses (and that's after insurance paid their portion) at my Optometrist last year and decided to give Lens Factory a try. I was skeptical sending my new Ray Ban frames to an online lens specialist, but I have to say they did an even better job than wherever my Optometrist sends his out to and the cost was $94 including shipping. The turn around time was a few days (my Optometrist took 10) and I saved a bundle... and got $50 of the $94 back from insurance. So all in all it cost me $44. I'm using these guys from now on. Not only a quality product, but my prescription was spot on. Lens Factory rocks.

Now I found a place for all my future glasses. Excellent customer service and product quality. My first time ordering lenses online. I got next day response to all my question that I emailed. Did the option to use the company's shipping container. Few days later, I got my packaging to ship my glasses in and easily drop it off at UPS. Few days later, got email confirming my glasses received and inform me it may take 1-2 weeks to complete. In less than 1 week, I got my glasses back with brand new free form high index lenses plus AR coating. Excellent quality. I have no reservation to recommend this company to my friends and family.
