LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

I am delighted with my glasses. I love to get quality at a great price! My experience was so good that my husband sent in his glasses for new lenses as well. He just received them and is very pleased. I highly recommend this company.

LensFactory is amazing! I sent in a pair of my sunglasses to get prescription lenses put in them. My sunglasses where shipped back to me a little over a week after they received them. The prescription is perfect, the glasses look great and I couldn't be happier!

I was very impressed with the service that I received from Lensfactory. The turnaround was faster than I expected and my new lenses are as specified. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

LensFactory quickly helped me make a good buying decision on the type of lens that work best for me. I'd never order a customized product on line and was slightly nervous, but they acknowledge any concern I had and kept me updated. They were faster then their advertised delivery time. I'm having my father use them and have recommended them to my sister.

I didn't end up getting lenses because I was having some issues with the prescription which I didn't realize until after I had mailed out the prescription and frames, but the customer service was really great -- they mailed me back my box and gave me a full refund with no trouble whatsoever.

Got the thin glass lenses cause plastic just won't stand up to my abusive behavior. Added no line bifocals and transition. The lenses seem perfect, fit my frame great and I am very satisfied. I would like to see the lenses darken a bit more in the sun, but otherwise they are great.

great prices, great service

No problems with my order - and 1/2 the price of a city store.
