I sent in old frames with my new prescription for trifocal lenses with anti-reflective and photochromic coating. Turnaround was prompt (about one week). When I asked if photochromic tinting could be made darker, the LensFactory representative offered to re-tint them at no additional cost. Another turnaround of about a week and now I have just what I hoped for!

Great work, lenses are perfect

After cataract and astigmatism correction surgery, my old lenses were unusable. One pair of replacement lenses at a major eyeglass store was over $500! After an internet search, I found LensFactory. Their process is not complicated. Customer service was very helpful. I sent in two frames as one of the glasses had poor progression in the lenses. Both pairs of glasses were returned faster than estimated, and the progressive lenses are perfect! The price for two sets of lenses with specializations was a little over 1/3rd the price of the brick-and-mortar store. One lesson learned, the light chromatic coating is a little too light for Southern California sun. But I'm not complaining. Two more frames will be sent LensFactory for replacement lenses as I'm very pleased with the service, results, and price.

Service and quality are great. I purchased glass bifocals which work great for driving, okay for reading and useless for a computer screen but that was my bad decision.

Purchase price, quality and arrival time of my new eyeglasses were an overall pleasant experience through this company. I would use them again and I would also recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I will order more. Wonderful workmanship. No surprises either.
