Glass lenses are truly superior to plastic, and this is the only online lens service where you can purchase them. Glass lenses take about three weeks to make and ship, but it is well worth the wait. Modern glass lenses are light, provide superb photo gray capability, and gives you another whole order of magnitude clearer vision. If your vision is critical to your work, then I highly recommend trying glass over plastic.

I was a little unsure of using a lens service over the internet but I reviewed this company and decided to give them a try. One reason I selected them over others was that they offered glass lenses with photo-grey at a reasonable price-also I could send in a pair of frames I liked and they would put the lenses in for me. Over the past 10 years glass lenses have become harder to find, but I have used them for 30 years and prefer them to plastic because they don't scratch as easily. These lenses are light weight and the correction is perfect.

When I ordered my new lenses I mistakenly used the wrong credit card. The transaction was made through PayPal so I contacted LensFactory to see if I could change my method of payment. I was given very prompt and helpful customer service that straightened out my mistake. When I received my new glasses I was very pleased with lenses as my sight was remarkedly improved. All in all a very good experience

I would give Lens Factory more than 5 stars if I could. The quality of their work and their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my glasses and they resolved the problem right away and shipped my glasses back to me quickly. Next time I need my lens replaced, they will be who I go to.
