LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

Quick turnaround. Outstanding customer service!!! High quality craftsmanship. Very satisfied. Already placed a second order. Only surprise was the sample glasses I sent along with my frames came back pretty mangled and unwearable. Not a big deal since I had no intention of wearing them ever again.

The lens were made according to the prescription. I can see the difference. The frames were mine, other than that, there is very little that can be said for the lens.

I am a first time user of this website - glad I found LensFactory as an option vs. local vendors. Only issue is that I thought I had checked transitions when I placed order but not so. Beyond that, the process and communication was great and I will definitely use again, double checking final order and confirmation email. Thanks

Good service

Customer Service has been good: Kristan at customer service has been on it! Gets back to emails quickly! My only complaint is it takes 2-3 weeks sometimes together the product back .... from mailing in to receiving it back ..... the product received in my first order was good but again 2-3 weeks seems long ... I believe depending on the order it could take longer or shorter .....

Besides a little snafu I would give Lensfactory a full five stars ...I hope to give them Five stars with my next purchase.....

Packaging needs to be improved. Box sent for sending frames was great, but package used to send finished product not very strong and frame was bent. No problem with the lens.

I am very happy with my glasses. I sent in my frames and had the lenses made by LensFactory. I give them 5 stars for the product, but I took one away overall because the customer service person could have been friendlier and more willing to help. The CS person was not rude or incompetent, just blah! I am sure that many customers need to be reassured that their glasses will turn out OK. and I didn't get that experience.
