Great lenses at a great price!

I am a returning customer and have had a great experience both times I've used LensFactory. Shamone quickly responded to any inquiries about my order and return shipping. I can also tell they value returning customers and sometimes even provide a discount. I was tired of paying the eyeglass shop prices for new glasses and lenses (unbelievably inflated). I found glasses I loved, bought them new & authentic off of eBay for a fraction of the cost and then sent them off to LensFactory. I was blown away by how fast this process was and how professional they were. My prescription changed this year and I had new lenses put in the same frames from last year. They did the same great job. You can tell they take pride in their work! I tell any glasses wearers I know about this site as it's truly made it easier and SO much cheaper than the "traditional" route.

Fast service, and they carry a great variety of lens, including hard to find types. I am very pleased with their service and will use them again.

I was nervous at first, but prices were straight forward and the turn around was quicker than they said. Things are looking great.

During the past 6+ years, LensFactory has provided prescription lenses for both used frames (replacement lenses) and new frames each time one of my family members has required an updated script. The service has been great and the lenses have been without issue.

This was my second pair of glasses and just like the first time, Lensfactory was terrific. I will definitely be using their services again.
