Love my glasses! Quick and easy

Had issue with chiped lens on delivery through mail . I was emailed a return label and mailed glasses back and was told they would be corrected and returned . Have not received glasses yet , however I am confident I will receive them shortly . My experience with the lens factory has been consistent and professional . Glass lens are difficult to get locally , if not impossible , and the lens factory fits that need perfectly. Thanks !

Nice people , good products you can depend on! I have a Costco membership but i send my work to lensFactory. Costco never has frames in stock that fit me properly. I have a large round head and all the glasses I find at Costco are to narrow . If you have a larger head, like a football player , you should never wear frames that are narrower that your head. Doing so just exaggerated the size of your head because the temples have to spread outward to reach the ears. I use to get around this at costco by supplying my own frames and paying and extra fee. Unfortunately Costcos has stopped excepting customer supplied frame. At least those over two year old whick really means any used farme you have. Who uses frames for less than two. Ostensibly at the labs request due to the risk of breakage but that makes little sense as you were always required to indemnify the lab when you supplied your own frame. No, its the lack of frame sales that required the change. I have no issues trying to make money but wouldn't it work better just to have what people want to buy un stock. They are a subscriptions supplier.

I sent LensFactory my rimless glasses to replace the lens. They did a fine job at a very reasonable price. About 1/2 what the company that sold me the original glasses quoted for replacing the lenses. Very happy with the results.
