I am SO HAPPY with all 3 of my new prescription lenses! I got 3 pair for what it wouldve cost me for 1 at the doctors office. I also had to go to no line transitional bifocals, and I was nervous they would make me nauseous at first. I was pleasantly surprised the transition was so subtle. I can now read and text with my glasses on!! Brandon and Shamone provided exceptional customer service. I am SO HAPPY. thank you, Lens Factory.

Fast turn around; free shipping. Seems accurate to prescription. Would have liked email notification when they received frames I sent them and when ready to ship back to me. Also had expected a soft micro cleaning cloth which have usually received with past prescriptions When I sent them an email about the glasses, received a prompt response. New glasses are great

I am very happy with the quality, price, and turn around time on these lenses. I ordered glass lenses, and the clarity is great. They are not heavy at all, and I am looking forward to less scratching on my lenses than plastic. Very happy with LensFactory. You have earned a new customer.

Ordering/receiving the second set of lenses now went as smoothly as the first did, about a year ago. Initially, the mailing kit arrived within just a few days. Once LensFactory received my frames and Rx (I was notified at that time), the new lenses were completed in ~10 days. They were returned in a hard case, which is more slim lined than last year's. The cost was very reasonable, compared with local and other online outlets. A coupon code made the deal even a better value! Following receipt of my frames, I would have liked more details as to the processing status--maybe an estimated completion date. I would have also liked to have gotten my old lenses back. One lens was the same Rx, and could have been a viable spare.

I am very satisfied with the replacement lenses. My only negative was the failure to update the status of the work on line. BUT this was compensated for when the return of my glasses was expedited when they were returned by Priority Mail at no extra charge to me, I would happily use the service again.

My experience with Lensfactory was fantastic! Their lenses are both high quality and incredibly affordable. While their website looks slightly older, they are very prompt and completed my dual pairs of glasses within two weeks. If you are particularly interested in glass lenses, rather than plastic, this is the service to use. I will definitely be using Lensfactory in the future!
