2nd order with these fantastic folks!

Excellent experience! Would do it again. My glasses turned out just right. Thanks Lens Factory!

I have been dealing with Andrea S. who has been very helpful. I am experiencing a dllemma with my new Lens Factory lenses for both my clear lenses and my sunglasses. Both are progressive Rx. However, my eyes have not adjusted well to the reading portions of the lenses. I am not sure what to do next. I have been told to continue adjusting to them. However, I have been wearing progressive lenses for a long time and I simply can't appreciate them. I have to take up matters with the eye doctor who examined me and wrote the Rx and we need to find out why I am not satisfied.

Very fast and perfect work. Will definitely order again for me and my wife. Thanks!

andrea was great getting problem fixed went above and beyond. Very thankful of the customer experience.

Had a great experience and have already recommended to my friends and family.

This is my go-to place for affordable eyewear. No services near my home will provide lenses for frames I bring them. This solves the issue.

Customer service was great! Turnaround time was fast, too. I’d made a mistake when ordering prescription sunglasses, and called them when I received my order to figure out if there was a solution. Andrea was super helpful, and now I the sunglasses I should have ordered in the first place. I’d highly recommend LensFactory.
