Decent work, but bevel on the outside is thicker than I would like. Price was reasonable.

The First time I ordered from lens factory everything was as good as one could ever hope, This time product was excellent, again, the timing was good; however, the screw on the right lens was not tightened properly before being shipped back to me and toward the end of the day lens fell out, fortunately it didn't hit the ground or get damaged but now I have unmatched screws on otherwise brand new glasses. not quite perfect this time ,but still overall very happy with lens factory

First time for this service, so I can't compare. The lens replacement is good quality. The communication from company was good. Would have paid more for transitions, but I don't think it was an option.

Overall service and quality was good. I would have two suggestions: 1) My order from beginning to end was nearly 1 month. This could be shortened 2) there is not any tracking of my glasses during the process - updated tracking information on a regular basis would be great.

Excellent in every way but the turnaround time( 4 weeks). In fairness, I bought glass progressive lenes and apparantly, they take longer to make.

Service was as advertised, only problem was no response to an email inquiry on corridor width of their progressive hi index lens. Product does it's job

This was an easy purchase. Even though I messed up with the initial contact a call to customer service ironed it all out. Glasses came promptly. They even cleaned my frames and replaced the nose pads! Thanks lens factory!
