Having my lenses replaced by LensFactory was an enjoyable experience. I received prompt notification when any shipments were made and also when my glasses arrived at their facility. I'm 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody.

They are fast accurate and honest. The folks at the LensFactory asked questions following my initial order that my prior provider didn't. And the result of my new glasses from them were the best in years and at a fraction of the cost. I give them 10 out of 10.

Sent in 2 pairs of glasses. One pair had glass lenses , the other had tinted plastic. Both pair's are good to go ! LensFactory turned them in a week or so and they also have very good pricing too. Great job Andrea and your team !!

Best glasses I've ever ordered online. Mine were progressive lenses that never seem right when I've purchased then on other sights. I got glass - a bit heavier but super clear and they don't scratch!!!! No break in time - perfect sight the second I put them on. Love them.
