EXCELLENT SERVICE! Getting lenses replaced could not be easier! Extremely FAST service. I couldn't get over how quickly they received my glasses, communicated a few questions to me regarding my prescription, and then had them back in mail to me. The prescription is perfect. I will definitely be using them to replace lenses in my other pair of glasses when I can't take the scratches in them anymore!

I can only recommend to buy your lenses at Lensfactory. The customer service is phenomenal, especially Andrea Simmons. She is the best customer service agent ever!!! I had a big issue with the delivery of lenses and it was MY fault and she was always very nice and patient and found customerfriendly solutions.
