I was ticked off because they wont send to a po box. The USPS does not deliver in my area. so I was forced to pay $15 for a tiny little box to be delivered via fedex. Otherwise the service was fine and the glasses work just great.

I've purchased several new prescriptions and have been satisfied each time.

Everything was good but the distance portion of the lens is a little fuzzy. Will have another exam in January and compare.

Ordering process was easy and intuitive. The pre-paid shipping feature is a nice touch. Prices were reasonable and competitive. Communication about my order was good. However, the time it took to finally receive my completed glasses seemed to be excessively long.

Lens Factory replaced the lenses to some existing glasses. Turnaround time was quick. Thank you! Only complaint is the price, which was about $100. I had the same procedure done with a second pair of glasses. Another company's price was only $66, equally good.

Very efficient on sending mailer and returning my glasses. Only issue I have is the frame is not the one I sent. The glasses are working good so I don't know if they damaged or broke my old frames. They should have at least let me know the frames are not the ones I sent to them.
