Great service and reasonable prices. I've used Lens Factory twice now to get glass lenses for my frames. Prior to this I bought cheap glasses from Zenni but the coatings they put on the lenses always deteriorated and clouded up the lenses within a year, even when following their cleaning guidelines to the letter. I finally bought a pair of glasses at Costco but those did the same thing, although they did last a couple of years before deteriorating. I'd had it with lens coatings and plastic lenses at that point, but discovered that finding a place that would put glass lenses in my frames without coatings was not easy. Then I found Lens Factory. I sent my frames to them and two weeks later had my glasses back. The glass lenses worked great for seven years, although I did drop my glasses once and scratched up the right lens. It was out of my field of vision so I just lived with it. Later, the Costco frames broke, but I was able to find the same frames at another Costco so they just put my old lenses in the new frames. Then this year I knocked my glasses up against something and knocked the left lens out, and it shattered on the floor. So I sent the frames back to Lens Factory and had new glass lenses put back in, 7 years after the first set. That was more than 3 times longer than any plastic lenses with coatings had lasted. Lens Factory does a great job and I love not having to deal with the deteriorating coatings and easily-scratched plastic lenses any longer.

First I was skeptical, but then, after receiving my eyeglasses, I was completely satisfied. The money I payed for one progressive and for one reading lens, was about half what I was quoted by the local Walmart optical department. I used exiting frames so I can’t comment on fit, but the company would ask sufficient questions for meeting this part of eyeglass specs. I was also very pleased by the politeness and knowledge of Andrea taking my orders.
