Just got these in the mail today and I'm pretty happy with them. These are my first bifocal lenses and they are very clear. I also got glass lenses because I keep scratching the plastic lenses. I do wish the reading portion of the lens was just about 1mm lower so I could see over the top easier, but this is likely something I'll get used to. I tried for the last two years to get used to progressives and I just can't do it. I'm always moving my head around trying to find the "sweet" spot and they just make me crazy. So now I'm trying the bifocals and, after only an hour, I'm already doing better than with the progressives. Lens Factory is a great company. This is the second time I've used them and I'll likely send in my spare pair of glasses for new glass lenses as well. Love that they keep you informed via email at every step of the way.

The technician noticed there was something about my prescription that didn't look right, so I got with my eye doctor, and sure enough, it wasn't right. We got it straightened out, and then they got right to work filling my order. I have a very old pair of prescription sunglasses. Very high quality frames, but very old. They took very good care of my frames, and got the prescription just right. I've had these frames re-lensed several times, and it's always a fortune. Not this time.....About $135, and they are as good as new!

After my new vision prescription, I had 5 pairs of glasses to send you. The first 2 were progressive bifocals, and they came back to me perfect. The second was a pair of sunglasses, which came back to me today, and they were perfect. I now have 2 more pairs to send you--both clear single vision--which I fully expect to have returned to me perfect, as well, judging from the first 3 pairs you did. Fantastic, and thanks!
