I thought the idea - take my older frames and see if they could be renewed - was risky--maybe foolish-but they look great!! I can see clearly- Your company delivers quality and value --nice combination of workmanship and some high tech magic. Thanks- my glasses are happy-I am happy.

The time from when I sent from frames and received them back, with new lenses was very reasonable especially for glass lenses. The lenses fit well within the frames, the frames came back without any damage, and the lenses are exactly what I wanted. Plastic lenses scratch easily, for activities I perform. Glass lenses do not. I will purchase a set every year or so. I can't find opticians that want to sell glass locally. Now I know exactly where to get them.

I have an old set of frames that were discontinued years ago. I love these frames so much and have been unable to find new ones in my price range that I like. Lensfactory was able to replace the scratched up lenses with brand new ones. It's amazing to wear them again.

Made the order. Sent in the prescription. Asked for the shipping box sent. Sent the frames off. A week later got the glasses back. I know the frames were new, but something happened to the frames that made them look brand new. I was shocked. Tried the glasses on, did some adjustments and the lenses were perfect. It took about the same amount of time to get the glasses as if I had gone to my typical glass shop. Am I a happy customer??? You better believe it. If there 10 stars I would have given 11!!!
