No scam here! Most importantly, we want your vision to be its best. Anytime you think your prescription is wrong, send them back they go through a re-inspection. If anything is wrong a remake on lenses will be done at no extra charge :)

Thank you for leaving this comment Frank! I assure you that when you talked to customer service they were trying to explain to you what you needed to do to get your glasses fixed,which was to send the glasses back so we could look at them and see if your prescription in the lenses matched up to what you originally sent in.. at which time you proceeded to start cussing out customer service and saying you didn't need to hear what they had to say.. Mr. Pittman, we asked that you send back the glasses so we could correct them. WE do care about our customers and the quality of lenses that go out. We are willing to admit when a mistake is made and will do everything to make it right.

Nobody was offended by you calling our best interest first and foremost is to give you 100% satisfactory with your lenses.. So please feel free to call customer service and let us know what we can do to fix your glasses. Thanks for taking the time to post a review Kathy. LensFactory sincerely apologies for what happen with your nose pieces on your frame. I would like you to know I have done 8 years worth of frame adjustments and I understand when those nose pieces get out of alignment it's hard to get them back in place and a pain as well sorry they got touched. It is almost impossible for a frame to go through a Laboratory and not get the nose pieces touched or bumped. LensFactory never replaces nose pieces unless stated to do so in special notes. I am also sorry that your readers seems easier to use than your progressive. Readers will always be easier to use due to the fact the whole lens is the reading strength and a progressive is more like a channel down in the bottom of the lens. LensFactory has a Progressive Non-Adapt Warranty I can use with you if you perfer. I will proceed with a follow up phone call. Thanks Shamone@LensFactory
