They did such a great job! When my lenses cane back the right side was off just a little so I went to my eye doctor to confirm. I emailed the lensfactory customer service and they emailed me a prepaid label and were totally willing to make it right. I got my glasses back quickly again and they are absolutely perfect! I had great customer service even after my initial payment and I will be ordering again from them!

Very good service. I have had several pair of glasses lenses made here and they always work great. They are one of the few places where one can get true glass lenses with the special "thin" property so they won't be heavy. Glass is much better optically than any plastic.

This company provides great quality lenses without going to a physical store. If there is any issue with the lenses, the company has one of the best customer service department that will take care of you.
