Lensfactory has made 6 or 7 pairs of glasses for me. The price is always great and the lenses as good as any I have ever had. Recently I bought a nice frame I love and asked Lensfactory to make new sunglasses for me. The turnaround time was remarkably quick, the lenses are dark as I wished and the overall price was unbelievably low. Great company, great glasses and a great price!

Fast, reliable, and affordable. I took a risk and gave it a try. I'm so happy I will be sending them other glasses in the near future. I have my favorite frames with the correct prescription now! My only criticism is that they returned the old lenses in the same box, but they were no put into a bag. So when the box arrived, I thought it had been smashed up by the mail, but it was just the lose lenses rattling in the box. Don't be alarmed by the noisy box when it's returned. All my glasses were in hard cases and protected. If they have to return the old lenses, they should put them in a bag so that they are not rattling around the box!

I love LensFactory! I discovered them when I had a brand new set of designer frames (warranty replacement just prior to my Optical exam) that my optometrist refused to use for my new Rx. So I sent them to LensFactory and got my new Rx filled for about 1/4th the price the Optician wanted (with insurance!). Since then I've ordered 4 pair of glasses from LensFactory. They offer great quality, at a very reasonable price, and with fast service! What's not to love!!!

The replacement of my new lenses was extremely fast. However, the shipment to me via USPS was slow and not delivered when promised.

The process was easy. Packaging great. Finished product A+.
