Sent LensFactory two new frames (Ray Ban sunglasses and Oakley Airdrops) to put progressive lenses in them. The turnaround was crazy fast at about 10 days start to finish. They emailed updates constantly telling me the status of production and each step of shipping. They arrived in an amazing, sturdy custom box. Really couldn't be happier with the whole process. And, the price was quite a bit less than other online lens labs.

They mailed me the box to send my glasses in right away. I mailed them back to them with the label they provided. I put all the info in the box for them. I received them back within about 2 weeks. They are great! I love them for much less than I would have paid at the doctors office. I loved these frames and really wanted to use them. I'm one happy camper.
