After a rocky start the Lensfactory really came through. When they returned my glasses the first time, something was definitely wrong. Couldn't see out of the lenses. But a quick return and they had it corrected in no time. No excuses. No hassles. They'll do you right.

I thought the entire experience almost perfect. It was my first time and I sent an older pair of glasses so that the measurements of my new ones would be perfect ( also sent my RX) - my old pair had slight marks on the lenses which I asked kindly if the folks could fix,whilst preparing my new frames. Perhaps a little cheeky but in the old days the business would be happy to go step further to promote trust and customer service . My only disappointment was that request was completely ignored - if they had executed my little request, I would remember and promote them long after my glasses had run their lifetime - it’s an integrity thing, a class thing, it’s charm and warmth... but saying this, the glasses came back great, the pair id paid for ..

the glasses actually are great I can see excellent but I think they used a lighter shade of blue than I requested I would like to figure it out but I am not unhappy with the work

Great Lens, but Frames came in bent and gave me headaches for the first 2 days. I've worn it for about a week now and I love it!

I am very pleased with the lenses; couldn't be better. There was a delay in manufacture due to the necessity of drilling holes in the lenses for mounting the frame. Andrea in your office was very helpful in prioritizing the order; I am grateful to her. Thank you
