I e-mailed your company because I was concerned about my glasses taking so long to get to me. The e-mail read " Where are my glasses ? " I got a reply e-mail from Sharon that my message was rude and that she had to do some investigating to find my order. Is that not her job? She found the info and told me the frames had not arrived yet. She e-mailed me the next day to tell me the frames had just arrived and it would take 7 to 14 days to get my order. I immediately canceled the order. When I was told how rude I was for asking a question in a non profane way, I was ready to cancel. U can see dates of order and cancel.

You don't matter; but your money does
If you plan on getting what you paid for, better avoid the Powell Brothers DBA Headwack LLC & LensFactory.com.
I ordered lenses from them, online, for a pair of safety prescription glasses I needed. I called them up and asked them in advance if they could stamp my lenses for a pair of safety prescription glasses. They said yes, they could stamp them. I also asked them if they could use 1.67 high index lenses for prescription safety glasses; and they told me they could do that too. [Afterwards I found out no other lens replacement service would use 1.67 high index lenses because they don't meet the impact requirements.]
I talked to them about stamping the lenses in an email a second time, when they emailed me to say that an issue I had opened was closed. Truth be told, I didn't open any issue --- at that time --- obviously they confused me with another customer they had disenfranchised.
Again, as I was told to, I notated it on the electronic order form in the comments section. As well, I sent a copy of the order form with the frames I provided; with the request for stamped lenses circled with a highlighter.
Not only did they misrepresent their ability to stamp the lenses, but they told me they could make a pair of prescription safety glasses in 1.67 high index lenses, and then sent me a pair of 1.53 polycarbonate lenses, and charged me for the 1.67 lenses.
I needed the lenses stamped, so I could get reimbursed from the Safety Coordinator on the jobsite I was working on. The SC wanted his underlings to be able to see the stamped lens, rather than stop your progress to check a piece of paper to see if your lenses were legitimate, or see if your frames were ANSI Z-87 rated.
It wasn't required; but it was saving time, so I was all for it. Everybody knows time is money and money is time. Aside from that you'd get a free pair of prescription safety glasses. That's why I called and asked prior to ordering! Had I known they were going to renege on their promise, I'd have gone elsewhere.
I don't know if they're just incompetent, or if they out and out lied, but it was a comedy of errors. Besides he discrepancy about the ability to stamp the lenses, the discrepancy about the ability to make safety glasses with a 1.67 lens, I was forced to buy a product that didn't meet my needs. Adding insult to injury, I also had to shell out money for another pair of glasses, from a company that had the ability to stamp the lenses.
LensFactory didn't even bother to call to say "hey, we got issues with your order" --- nope they just proceeded, as if I was so ignorant I'd never notice. According to the Better Business Bureau, they been in business for seven years. Apparently, they really haven't learned any of the pitfalls of their business in the last seven years.
I asked for a refund but they said the only way I would get one was if I expected Pyramex lenses. The only thing I expected from them was to be honorable, and provide what they said they were going to provide. I could have cared less what brand of lens they provided as long as it was stamped. The note said "stamp the lenses appropriately." It didn't say stamp it with a "P" for Pyramex or Phillips Safety.
As a veteran, I like to surround myself with folks who pay attention to detail. These folks are lacking in that ability. Bottom line is that they sold me a bill of goods, and it appears that they have no scruples.
If you are working on a power plant, an oil rig, a military base, or around the Army Corp of Engineers, and you need prescription safety glasses, avoid doing business with the Powell Brothers, DBA Headwack LLC & Lens Factory/LensFactory. In my case, it's obvious they didn't even make an effort to get it correct.

Nasty customer service, a job not well done at all: a really terrible experience
I had lenses replaced in glasses by Lens Factory a couple of years ago. I was very pleased and decided, when my prescription changed, I would send four pairs to them. I was cost-conscious, and the price was great. I received my four pairs today. The first pair I looked at were beautifully made, with the lens edges polished to my specification: “Please polish the edges to a high gloss.” I loved them until I put them on and found the frame has been so wracked that I will have to go have them readjusted. The other three pairs don’t seem to have suffered that fate, but the lens edges on those three pairs don’t seem to have been polished at all, much less to a high gloss. So, though I thought I’d be pleased with the product, I am not. As for the experience: I paid my money and sent in my frames, some expensive designer frames. A few days later, I got a phone call from a Lens Factory representative. She told me they could not do drill-mount or semi-rimless in the lens choice I’d made. While she was on the phone, I called up their website and read to her this message from the Progressive Lenses page, the cheapest lens offered: “Our plastic lenses will fit into almost any frame, including drill mount frames that have the lens connect directly to the arm of your frames….” She told me she didn’t know what the website said, she only knew that that grade of lens was not suitable for drill mount or semi-rimless frames, and I needed to pay an additional amount to upgrade. I told her I felt that was false advertising, but she didn’t care. Finally, she said they would use the cheaper lenses but if they cracked, there would be no warranty. What was I to do? This woman had my frames, she was being unreasonable, and was playing a bait and switch on me, demanding ransom money. If I’d told her to use the cheapest lenses, and they did crack, I was out $317. If I gave in to her demands, I had to pay an additional $80. If I asked her to simply refund my payment and send my glasses back, there was no guarantee that would happen, nor would I have any recourse if I never saw my glasses again. So, under duress, I paid the ransom. And, if you read the above, you know what I got was a substandard job. So if anyone wants to know if I’m happy, you can tell them “A guy posted that he was not happy at all.”

Inconvenienced and disappointed
I was inconvenienced and completely disappointed. After sending my glasses for the lens' to be relaced, I was told they don't do replacements on glasses with my type of lens. I wish there was something on the website that explains what lens' they can replace and what lens' they can't.

Most Bazaar service experience, with no resolution
On Apr 04/15/17 at 12:09 PM I purchased on Brand new pair of Maui Jim Kona Sunglasses w/Rose Polarized Lenses Model #451-23. I bought these sunglasses to replace the pair that I was currently wearing (which were exactly the same with RX lenses in them but they were a few years old and scratched.) I then sent the new Sunglasses to LensFactory to have them install simple single vision Brown RX lenses in them. I marked the stock Maui Jim Lenses with the PD centers for your tech's to use to make the new RX lenses, and left instructions to return the stock Rose colored(non-perscription) Maui Jim lenses to me with my new pair of RX sunglasses. After a few issues with mounting hex nuts in the frame-less lens mounts, I received my new RX sunglasses a couple weeks ago(two months later.) The new sunglasses that your LensFactory sent back to me are not not the Kona Model #451-23 frames that I sent to them, they are a model called Lahaina with a different type of temple that bows from the lens to ear instead of a straight temple AND when I opened the frames the left temple popped off the lens at the hex mount. I called LensFactory but was told that these were my frames and that they don't have another pair of Maui Jim frames 'hanging around.' What happened to my Kona Frames that I sent them? I don't understand how it's possible that they lost my frames AND why they won't admit that to me... I find the whole process very bazaar and I feel like there is no one at the company that has the ability to really help me. I am at a total loss?
