Lenox is Wildly Unprofessional After ordering a Christmas present well in advance and not receiving it, I emailed and called...repeatedly. No response came to the emails, and after being on hold with customer service interminably, my call was dropped. Then, well into 2026, my order arrived, but on March 24th, a new charge showed up from them. Once again, no communication from my attempted customer service contact.

I purchased my order in December for Christmas gifts, and apparently they didn't charge me correctly at the time, because I received ANOTHER charge THREE MONTHS LATER, for my already completed purchase. This happened with no email warning, just a receipt for my payment. I tried calling and sat on hold for 30+ minutes with no answer, and the "person" on the chat feature was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Honestly the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Just got notification that Lenox did a partial charge on an order made 4 MONTHS ago!!! I don't remember ever saving my cc info with them... not sure how they can do that after so many months have gone by. I attempted to contact them but their chat never works and no one ever answers the phone!

Four months after purchase they charged me a “personalization fee” and said it was system error. If they did not charge it correctly, that’s on them, they shouldn’t be able to just keep someone’s credit card info and make a charge months later without consent.

They just informed me that they'll be charging me a fee for an order I placed and had fulfilled LAST YEAR, 4 months ago. They keep my credit card info and somehow can just use it whenever, despite me not having an account with them. Not okay. Never order from this company. Also, the personalization I received on the item was crappy-looking, like partially faded, and the paint job on the "hand-painted" item was in general messy, like a child had done it.

Agents were helpful. Communication from the company itself was awful. I placed an order (Feb 6, 2026) , and received 0 update. I wasnt told my order was delayed, canceled, anything. I speak to an agent and they tell me my order was Systematically Cancelled. They couldn't have an automatic emailing system tell me that weeks ago?

Bad tablet, if you are a trader dont buy this tablet. Daily i have to resetting several times becose the screen freeze.. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TABLET AT ALL

I ordered a vibrating plate with this company they reckon it was delivered but no sign the customer service is crap and 3 weeks on still no refund fraudulent company please beware save yourself the money and do not 0rder
