LenoxReviews of lenox.com

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lenox. I placed an order for multiple dinnerware sets, expecting to receive complete sets—not a single plate with the rest of the order left unfulfilled. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was never proactively notified that the remaining items could not be fulfilled. Had I not contacted Lenox myself, I have no idea when I would have been informed. The unfulfilled items have not even been canceled, yet no one reached out to explain what was happening or offer a reasonable solution. I also ordered two serveware bundles specifically to coordinate with the dinnerware. What exactly am I supposed to do with two sets of serveware and only one plate from the dinnerware I ordered? If inventory was insufficient, Lenox should not have accepted and confirmed the order in the first place. Customers should not have to chase down a company to find out that items they purchased are unavailable. For a brand with Lenox’s reputation, I expected much better inventory management, communication, and customer service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing shopping experience.

I purchased six coffee mugs from lennox.com. In less than one year, the handle broke off one of the mugs and the gold plating disappeared on the other five. When I contacted customer service, they said that the pattern is no longer available. They refused to substitute since they corporate policy, exempted them from replacing dishes that were no longer for sale. Wow.!

This is the first time in my 23 years living in the United States that I have experienced a store being unable to provide a return label or offer any cooperation. I explained the situation to the store that the photo that they show in the webpage look exactly to a setting that I bought yers ago. That is the reason why I purchased all of these products. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, we realized that the product was not the same as advertised. The photo on the website is quite misleading, and I do not believe I should be responsible for paying these return costs US300 They lost a client for sure!

One of my the dinnerware I purchased on Amazon broke 6 months after purchase. I request a replacement on the Lenox replacement promise and got a whole set containing 4 pieces in a few days. I was supper impressed with this company and I’m sticking with them forever.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Cambridge Cranston Champagne flatware. I have only used the product twice, and it is already peeling and looking worn and cheap. For something marketed as stainless steel flatware, I expected far better durability and quality. What is even more frustrating is finding out the pattern is discontinued, leaving customers with no proper replacement options other than searching resale websites like eBay or Replacements LTD. When people invest money into a flatware set, they expect it to last and to be able to replace pieces if needed. I would definitely caution others before purchasing, as my experience with the quality has been very disappointing.

Placed on March 18, 2026 Product: 2 coffee mugs Dr. Seuss' Oh, the Places You'll Go Mug Dr. Seuss' Oh, the Places You'll Go Mug Fulfilled March 20, 2026 #512157346021 THIS IS THE NOTE I WROTE TO THEM. I WILL UPDATE YOU ALL ONCE I GET A RESPONSE. This was a gift for my nephew and his wife, an Army couple who have already left and are now stationed in Hawaii. Unfortunately, they left before their gift, the mugs, were delivered to me to give to them as a going-away present. I now have to pay for shipping the cups to Hawaii, and I am upset about this. I installed the SHOP app, and it caused a virus on my laptop. Many folks have questioned me about whether this site is a scam. Please update me on the whereabouts of my cups.

I purchased several items in December 2025. All of the items were shipped and delivered January 2026. The transaction between Lenox and I was completed.I received a notification from my credit card company today that a Lenox charged my card again. I contacted my credit card company immediately and was informed that Lenox used my stored credit card for this transaction. I do not have any subscription service with recurring fees. I am not a returning customer. I paid for items and received all items - signifying the transaction was completed. Lenox has decided to charge my card used 3months due to a ‘technical error’ on its end.

I just got an email saying that I owed a fee of about $10 for an order that was completed 3 months ago. Before I had a chance to even respond, they just took money directly from my credit card! Why they even have that on file is beyond me! I don’t even have my original invoice; they could have easily decided to add this “fee” to my order- I never agreed to paying this today. I’m FURIOUS.
