My experience with Lending USA has been wonderful. I purchased a puppy from one vendor and the puppy started to feel sick a day after i took her home. Contacted the vendor and they refused to take responsibility. I had to take the puppy to the emergency vet clinic. Spent more than $ 1,000 and thanks to the intervention of Claudia Herrera and Neissa Kasravi i was able to get reimbursement.. Thank you Lending USA

So far, so good. Just got the loan and it went very smoothly. I really liked the loan processor, Manuel Silva and trusted him. He's a good person. Hopefully I won't run into any issues down the line, but I will be happy to update this periodically so everyone knows how things have progressed from start to finish, and God forbid, if there are any future problems with recordkeeping, hiked up interest rates (especially during the pandemic while rates across the country are low), oppressive late fees relating to the lender's own processing delays, poor customer service or denial of access to my account.

Worst lending place ever highly DO NOT recommend. If you like having your information not properly processing and every month of charged late fees when you already gave them the correct information. This is the place for you ! Not to mention the staff, that blame the consumer instead of fixing the situation, that is the icing on the top for them ! Not only will they promise you the information is correct and there will be no mistakes on their end. They also give you a hard time to reach management. Maybe it's a language barrier, because every time i have called it's someone with a very thick accent. Needless to say, I will be looking for another lending option, the interest rate is not the best in case you were wondering.
