Love talking with the Broker. She was very professional and transparent telling me in advance what to expect with our call and sending her credentials. I confirmed the meet and when the date and time came I dozed off on the couch waking up 10 after my appointed time. I saw where she emailed and called. Embarrassed I met her on line, apologized and we continued our conversation. I made her aware of my desires as well as financial picture. She showed me a few plans. I made a choice and a couple of days later after being reviewed with underwriter she text me I was approved. So easy and affordable. I met a fellow veteran which enlarged my world.

I found my experience to be very positive. My most difficult moments were in trying to submit the selfie part of the identification. My loan officer was friendly and informative. I was so happy that LendingUSA was willing to work with me for my needs as I had a lower credit score due to medical bills. I felt that they were generous and that their rates were competitive within the industry.
