terrible service
terrible service. for a month I've been calling about an error on my account. after fully paying off my loan there remains a balance of $5.79 which they repeatably told me is a system error that needs to be correctly and after being told it was an issue escalated to management numerous time, there still have been no resolution. Every time I call their supervisors are in meetings and I have yet to receive the promised call backs I was told to expect. Managers do not speak to customers even though they are the only ones that can resolve the issue. i'm reporting them to the better business bureau and recommend you do not use their services.
