Sandy made the whole experience a whole lot easier. She was professional, but easy to talk with. She accomplished her job and didn't make it seem like she was rushing you or had other things to do. She made you feel like you and your business mattered not only to her, but to the company.

LenCred is not like any other financial institution. What I learned in working with them is an incredible amount of passion and care for their clients. Most others just don't help out and leave you on your own. Many of the upper management follow up with you and guide you through the process. Again, we all need to take care of our financial goals but LenCred can help you build your business goals.

Was a little apprehensive at first even going through this process however Joel was great and explained everything very well. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I was mislead. They pulled my credit and said "you have too many inquiries" to be approved alone so I got my mom to consign. They pulled her credit and said "she was approved" so I stopped looking at other ways and then they tell us 3 days later that she is approved BUT FIRST, she has to pay off two collections on her report and then we can proceed. (The two collections being reported are actually being disputed already as they aren't accurate plus that takes 30-45 days to reflect on reports!!) very misleading!!!

I have been speaking with Gary Adams and he is a wonderful person. Very outgoing and helped us in so many ways!

Meghan was extremely courteous and very helpful and explained the entire process of what they could help with and how the process would work. Her service was par excellence not because of the the things I just mentioned (which I believe is also very rare to find) but because her attitude was very supportive and encouraging even without promising anything. Sometimes it is not what you are seeking as an objective but rather some positive guidance to your objectives that can make your journey so much easier. Joel was very honest and upfront with us in our research for a loan. He was friendly and easy to talk to and did not waste our time trying to sell us on anything we did not need.
