I have not had the opportunity of getting funding as of yet but he is a very pleasant guy and is always willing to help. He has a good ear to listen so he will know exactly how to help you. I am sure I will be getting funded soon but I did want to take the time and express how pleasant he is to work with. I told my assistant that we need more people in the lending business like Joel.
