Initially, I did not have a good experience, however when the owner of the company heard about my situation he stepped in to make things right. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. That type of personalized attention to customer satisfaction is rare and I'm thankful to him for his commitment to this customer's loyalty and satisfaction.

They were very knowledgeable concerning any and all options to raise $$ for a start up business. Have me options to consider and things I need to do to make them work. Would highly recommend the company for presenting options but not 'strong-arming' me into making a decision right now.

I truly enjoyed working with Joel Wilson during this process however, I did not appreciate the lengthy process! We had to wait a few weeks for my credit to be pulled because Joel didn't want to just throw something together. He's extremely professional and insisted on the best possible outcome in my favor! I'm actually starting a fresh made daily Banana Pudding business and Joel declared himself the President of my Fan Club!! He's so supportive! He really got a kick out of the fact that I'm an Auto Mechanic also! Great working with you Joel!

J. Wilson was in a word "Outstanding" to work with. He was very professional in his approach and explained to me in clear terms what I needed to do to secure financing for my small business. I typically don't accept cold calls on my phone but this time I decided to and don't regret that decision. Doing business with Lendcred is off to a very productive start.
