Great hair I used it for a quick weave using the Burmese curly hair bundles 3 packs of 26 but felt like 30!!Overall the hair can take heat straightens and curls very well.

I needed my hair earlier than expected and couldn’t switch to express shipping, I contacted the Whatsapp provided and it came the next day! They were very patient and kind and the service was the upmost hospitable. The hair was 10/10 and didn’t tangle, it was soft and very flowy. It held curls very well and for very long, and because it’s 13x6 a middle part is very natural looking and beautiful.

I received my wig on Friday, December 19, shipping was fine. The issue I have is with the wig itself. It is an 18 inch 180% density wig and unfortunately I ordered a 24 inch 210% density wig with baby hair which is also missing. The WhatsApp customer service only offered me $35 to keep the wig when I share the wig is not as Advertised. I simply requested directions to return the wig immediately and shared that I needed to return it within 24 hours as I will be traveling. The WhatsApp rep has gone silent, only giving me the address to return the wig and not providing a proper return label to return the wig. It is going to cost me entirely too much to return the wig and even if I had to pay, they should’ve offered to reimburse the charge. The customer service is terrible and I am still struggling to reach someone to provide a proper return label to return the wig back to this company.
