Complete SCAM. They advertised a different unit than they shipped. when I contacted them about it, they said to be happy with the orange paper thin unit they sent because they felt it looked nicer than the chocolate brown one I ordered. I was disgusted with their thin shedding unit and their customer service.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a wig from Lemoda Hair through TikTok Shop, and the product I received was a total scam — wrong lace, wrong color (bright orange instead of brown), shorter length, extremely thin, and definitely not human hair as advertised. When I left an honest review, the seller began harassing me — calling and messaging my phone over 30 times in a single day. They told me they would only accept my refund if I deleted the review. I removed it, returned the item, and then they still declined my refund request. TikTok Shop has been just as bad. For over two weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve this, and their “customer service” is just a loop of bots sending automated replies. There is no real human support, no accountability, and no protection for buyers. They allow fraudulent sellers like this to scam and harass customers with no consequences. TikTok Shop needs to take responsibility, stop enabling shady sellers, and provide real help to customers. I want my $95.88 refunded immediately, and I urge others to be cautious when shopping on this platform.

Lemoda hair is sooo good,I purchased my first wig from them and was really impressed with the quality of the unit.I have purchased another one already a little bit longer because I was afraid once everyone realized how good Lemoda hair is it would be sold out

The HD lace is EVERYTHING! Hair is soft, holds a curl, true to length, and takes bleach.

This hair is everything! Soft,no smell and true to touch. But the biggest probably is.. the lace is so thin that it tore! It melts very well but the thin material made it easy to tear as well so be careful and very gentle. Will def buy again.

First and foremost, It shed before I did anything to it and very very dry. It had a slight smell to it. I noticed that the frontal was fairly thin so I opted to not use any bleach on it. I dyed the hair using box dye, and unfortunately, it didn’t take the hair dye well. It took several tries to achieve the color that I desired. The good thing about using the dye is that it made the hair softer because initially it did not feel as I expected it to. I had to bleach the hair twice to achieve the color I wanted and use more box dye. It just doesn’t take dyeing well. I also noticed that during the process of dealing with the hair that it continued to shed prior to the bleaching. Not a lot but a little at a time consistently, which concerned me that it was going to turn into a problem later. The density of the hair is fairly thin all over with the frontal being even thinner already. Luckily, I had some bundles that I added to the hair, because I was afraid of the frontal going bald. The most concerning problem was during installation, I noticed the was big. I mean Really big. I specifically asked for a small wig. even gave my dimensions which technically would have been an extra small wig but this was by far the biggest wig I’ve ever worn. Honestly, it looked like the hair had been sitting around for quite some time in the warehouse and it was sent to me just to get rid of it. It said small on the tag but I find that hard to believe. I Think I got a defective unit. I’d say the quality isn’t too bad but it took a lot of working with. Not a lot of shedding after installing but I glued the whole wig to my head. I have Alopecia. Awful product resolution from this customer. They made no attempt to rectify this. Terrible customer service, slow to respond initially. I told them that I had an issue and they just never responded. Nothing. I’d be hesitant to order from this company again.

I ordered a wig and 3 weeks later haven’t received it. I sent the company 3 emails and finally got a response back saying I am Medium risk and to send them a picture of my drivers license, passport and the credit card I used. Te money was taken out of my checking account for the purchase and no I won’t send them my Drivers License, passport and credit card. This company is Fraudulent and I will be reporting them to the BBB and my bank. I kept the email they sent me asking for my personal information. I am sending it to chase as I filed a claim against them. DO NOT order from this company Ever! I am also posting the email they sent me on social media for the world to see asking for a picture of my personal information and on all of their advertisements.

Do not buy your wigs from Lemoda, I ordered from them and was told I would be 100% satisfied. Wrong, first of all who makes a wig band lopsided? It was to be Glueless, the one side had a thick piece of track sitting right at the hairline, can see the tracks showing throughout the wig. Don’t believe anything this seller Grace tells you, she knows diddly squat about wigs and full of much denial and would not except that company made and sent me a wig that looked like a science project…even after sending photos to prove she still tried saying it’s a good wig…Gave me a hard time to offer refund after the site and she indicated if I’m not happy I would be refunded…wth they making me pay to ship the wig back over there screw up? Oh the wig is good and customer pays the cost…The return address that was given I never seen anything like it before, I requested a screenshot of it and no response. I gotten fed up and letting my bank and BBB handle it…they need exposed mainly that Grace who pre tends to be so loving and dear to you just to turn around and put a knife there…
