I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Lemoda Hair. Over multiple purchases, I’ve found that the hair quality is consistently disappointing—it is extremely thin, sheds heavily, and loses its structural integrity and fullness within just a few weeks of wear, no matter how well it is cared for. To make matters worse, my most recent order arrived with the completely incorrect item sent. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, I was offered a minimal $20 partial refund, which does not make up for receiving the wrong product entirely. When I requested a link to leave an honest review about this experience on Trustpilot, customer service representatives actively discouraged me from doing so, stating that public reviews negatively impact their internal performance metrics. Between receiving the wrong item, poor customer support, and the low overall quality of the hair, I will not be purchasing from Lemoda Hair again. I expected a much higher standard of quality and accountability for the price.

Terrible Customer Service and Refusal to Take Accountability I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Lemoda Hair, especially if you’re purchasing a custom wig. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I wish I had known what I was getting into before spending my money. I placed a custom wig order with very specific instructions, including blonde face-framing highlights (money pieces). Instead, they sent me a wig with brown pieces in the front, completely ignoring the customization I requested and paid for. Before the wig was shipped, I specifically asked the company to send me photos of the finished product so I could review it and make sure everything was correct. They completely disregarded this request and shipped the wig without ever sending me photos or allowing me to approve the final product. I even requested that my order be canceled while the package was still in the country of origin. Lemoda claimed they couldn’t stop the shipment, despite FedEx informing me that the sender could request to have the package stopped or returned. Here’s the worst part: After sending me a wig that was NOT what I ordered, Lemoda expects ME to pay to ship it back! Why should a customer have to spend additional money to correct a company’s mistake? I followed their ordering process, communicated my expectations clearly, and gave them opportunities to resolve the situation. Instead of taking accountability, they are putting the financial burden on me. I requested a full refund and prepaid return shipping label because I did not receive the product I purchased. Rather than providing a fair resolution, they’ve made the process unnecessarily frustrating. BUYERS BEWARE! If you’re considering ordering a customized wig from Lemoda Hair, be extremely cautious. Make sure you document every instruction and conversation because, based on my experience, there is no guarantee they will follow your customization requests or take responsibility when something goes wrong. I am now pursuing a payment dispute because I should not have to pay for a product that was made incorrectly or spend additional money to return it. I would not recommend this company, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

The wig was horrible. Sheds sooo much it doesn’t make any sense . Don’t order from this company or believe the hype because there should be know way the wig went bauld on the lace n less than 5 days. This was definitely a waste of my money.

Ordered a $300+ unit from this company wig was thin but tried work with it but hair didnt last 2 weeks and customer service was trash

🗑 trash Hair is trash it feels like barbie doll hair. Do not buy i have pictures. They tell you 300% and they lie. I paid extra to be able to return the wig and they will not honor it. I ordered 28" natural curl and its a waste 🤬😡🤬

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY There fact I have to even give a 1 star review is annoying. Don't bother buy any wigs from this company. I bought a purple coloured wig from this company for my birthday and I'd be lying if I said I had this wig on for 3 full days. After the 3rd day of wearing this wig it looked hideous and dry brittle, so many fly aways. This wig cannot take heat at all. Don't bother buy from them, I was even sceptical buying from them.

I ordered a 22" WIG from Lemoda Hair for $99. They sent me a small closure instead. When I contacted them, they admitted the product was "completely mismatched" to my order (I have the screenshots to prove this). Instead of fixing their mistake or offering a refund, they have now BLOCKED me on WhatsApp and are ignoring my emails. They are literally stealing money from hard-working people. DO NOT BUY. This company is using false advertising to rip people off. I responded to their offer for a $99 (22" WIG), but instead of the wig advertised, they sent me a closure

Purchased through TikTok shop and the item came used. I instantly messaged them because I needed my hair done for my birthday. They requested that I returned the item and it was sent back the next day. Upon receiving the item the merchant declined my refund claiming I messed up the wig. I am out of my money and my wig !! Be careful with this company ! I’ve been messaging since SEPTEMBER and still haven’t gotten anywhere.
