Clearly the positive review on here is one of their own employees or something. Like everyone else, it took well over two months to arrive, poor quality even for the price, no directions, customer service was terrible, and I strongly recommend no one else falls into the trap. I wish there was a way to get Facebook to block their ads. Lame!

So bad, it’s laughable. I think it came by pony from China. Ordered in early May and received in mid-June. The quality of the materials is abysmal and it didn’t even have directions. The online directions are minimal.

Horrible - I agree with everything everyone has written. Oddly nice to know I’m not alone. With each email reply Isabella always made it my issue and not theirs/her’s They blame shift and take no responsibility for their horrible service and horrible products.

Add my name to the list of people who are still waiting after six weeks. Customer service just gives the run around. This is a foreign based predator company. Follow up - there 100% guarantee and return policy does not cover anything on sale — which is everything!! They will not accept a return.

Terrible company. It has been almost two months and no product has arrived. According to the tracker they provided, the item was in Los Angeles for EIGHT days waiting to land and it has been almost a month since it landed and delivered to their "shipping partner" for delivery to the USPS (info from the USPS tracking number LEMI provided). I get emails from "Jenny", but they come from an "Isabelle" email account at the company. FRAUD...

I would rather give no stars. Placed an order over 2 months ago and have not received the package. I have sent multiple requests for refund, but have been unsuccessful with that, too. I was told because the item was a "sale" item, there is no refund. But I didn't receive the merchandise; sale or no sale!

Terrible experience, identical to all of the others listed here. I checked them out a little bit before I purchased, but not enough. Also, Shopify needs to clean-up their operation and get rid of scammers.

This company is a complete scam. They have offered me three (3) different "tracking numbers" NONE of which indicate that a package has been sent anywhere. I ordered a ukelele kit from them on APRIL 10. As of today, JUNE 5, there is still no tracking information, anywhere, that shows that Lemi sent a package anywhere. None of them. I could make up tracking numbers too. Do not do any business with these dishonest people. There should be an option for negative stars.
