LemidecorReviews of lemidecor.com

I really wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this company. Their return policy is horrible. The items I purchased came damaged in a dirty tattered bag, not a box. I had to send 7 photos and multiple emails. And at the end of the day I couldn't get a refund because the items I purchased were on sale.

BUYER BEWARE AND READ THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY CAREFULLY! Don’t waste your time or money with this company and tell all your friends to do the same. The easiest part about this whole mess was ordering it online. I purchased two ukelele kits. They took over 9 weeks to arrive. You will notice that Lemi does not mention that the product comes from China and due to shipping issues surrounding COVID, things take longer. 6 of the 9 weeks, the package was sitting in LA. When I contacted customer service and asked for my money back, I got the standard, “ please just give it a few more days” I waited another 2.5 weeks. When the ukeleles finally arrived yesterday, one kit was missing a fret board which makes it useless really. I emailed customer service again, explaining the missing piece and requesting a refund, I was told that their policy does not give refunds for items on sale, but they would “ as quickly as possible” send me any missing parts. They asked if anything else was missing. How would I know as there are not instructions or materials list to use to see what is missing. The product itself is not even worth the sale price. It’s just parts that were thrown together in a box. The wood had chips and dents, tuning pegs are really difficult to turn. It short, it really is cheap quality materials and maybe worth $20. I should have investigated further before spending $70 on two of these. If it takes another 9 weeks to get the missing part, it will have taken 4.5 months just to get the parts to make a cheap- ass ukelele that I probably could have picked up for $10 bucks at the thrift store.

Terrible, I placed an order over three months ago. After numerous emails with Isabela, all she would say is give it a few more days. I ask her to just refund my money, and she refused. After turning all emails over to my attorney, I received my product today. Almost four months later. Do not purchase anything from this company. I hate giving them 1 star, but it wouldn’t allow me to give less.

If i could submit a negative review I certainly would. I placed an order back in April. After several talks with the one and only customer service represenatuve Isabella they refuse to give me a refund for a product I never received that apparently got lost in the mail.

This is a scam company. You place your order and never get a confirmation email. Then after weeks go by you start looking into it and there is no confirmation email and they do not have a customer support number. You have to send them an email and for several months they kept blaming it on shipping and Covid 19. Now they re saying it was all delivered and I never received anything from them. I canceled the charge with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This has been an awful experience! I placed my order about April 10th - still have NO product. When I emailed saying I wanted a refund and no longer want the product I was told to be patient. ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS! I tried to dispute with PayPal - they just seem confused and are not being very helpful. I have ordered plenty of other things that have been shipped from all over including China and only took a month at most. I'm so disappointed and will never recommend LEMI Decor. So sorry for everyone else who seems to be in the same boat.

Horrendous experience and horrendous business practice. Run the other way! I ordered on April 11th and finally received the item on June 22nd. After multiple attempts to ask for a refund, I disputed with PayPal, which did nothing. They claim it is "Covid-19". Which in reality it is their parcel shipping partners they choose to do business with. I have ordered 3 other purchases from CHINA (different sellers) between April & May and they arrived way faster than Lemi's purchase. They need to be honest and refund when it is being requested. Poor business practice.

Did not arrive for 10 weeks. When I contacted customer support they said it was because the "US [is] disordered". It finally arrived, without instructions. My child was very disappointed!!
