The only issue that I have is with the main office. I would like to see better communication. This would be communicating from the time you purchase with the lead time of delivery. The other communications would be with how to pay balance, what form of payment was acceptable and when to pay it. Overall if communications was better I would have given straight up 5 stars and no complaint.

Leland's of Denton was easy to work with and the installer was very patient. We had to delay install for months while waiting for weather to permit. Installer kept in touch with me and was very nice each time I had to delay. Upon arrival, he was willing to do what he had to in order to get the shed installed and placed properly. Very easy folks to work with.

From our first phone conversation with Joleen to having it delivered. It took a little longer to have the Garden shed delivered but that was ok. The delivery man James made up for that. He was so very nice and professional and I couldn't say enough good things about him. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Leland's has help me in two different ways with two buildings, my first was a 10 x 10 storage building that was delivered to my property completely assembled I wasn't sure how they were going to be able to place the building exactly where I wanted to be , but with the knowledge and sophisticated equipment they had no problem placing it exactly where I needed it to be it worked out great still using it today that has been over 10 years ago. The second building was built on my property on site it was on a Concrete slab 26 x 14 x 12 the installers did a wonderful job the building looks great the color match with our brick home was perfect even my wife was pleased . We have been pleased with the way they handled themselves form the first question answered to their installation in a timely manner and received a well-built building the way I wanted it. With a wonderful pricing and payment procedure that made it easier than you think. To the person phone call I received from them after completion to see if I was pleased with how it turned out. After having received my last building many of my family members and friends have asked who did your building and I'm happy to say Leland's the people that I got my last from. Extremely satisfied

Everything went smoothly from the purchase to the delivery and setup. The only problem I have with the company is payment setup. There has been no statement or bill reminder to date. You are left to try and remember to start the payments on time. Wish there were a way to pay online.

Ordering process was okay. Had some confusion initially with the sales person knowing the process, but we worked through all of the issues. Scheduling and communication from factory was great. Crew showed up and got the unit erected quickly and exactly when they said they would.

Late on estimated insallation time but with a phone call got it scheduled within the next couple of days. Also accounting department could be a little more organized.
