The shed, which is used, has some minor defects however they called the day after delivery and set and scheduled someone to come out and make the repairs. Juan the delivery guy, great employee,,

There are some rotten Or burned beams and I have been reaching out to customer service with no avail ..

Delivery and setup were fine; however, 36" workbench was only 24" from floor (knee high--impossible to work on) and upper right-door latch was missing slide lock. When called for my feedback, I informed them of these problems and they agreed to immediately address them. Anxious to see how soon they can fix these, but overall, I'm quite pleased.

James did an outstanding job of getting the cabin in a tight spot. As far as the quality of the construction I was a little disappointed. The stain on the porch was very minimal and several of the porch boards had very little to no stain in the front as you look at the cabin. Also I thought there would be some sealer on the porch to protect from traffic. The construction guys have already after 1 day started wearing the stain off. The porch post on the right as you step up onto the porch has a bad place on it and was just painted over. The railing on the porch on the right side facing the cabin has some bad places in the wood that should have been filled and sanded then painted. Many of the spindles on the porch didn't have the burrs sanded off and aren't smooth. The stain on the apron under the porch has several places where the stain is peeling off. I showed it to James. I have pics. There was a slight place in the back where the apron was hit with the forklift. James just pulled it off and smoothed it over with his gloved hand. By using green wood there is a place on the front right porch post (as you step up onto the porch) that has sap running down it. Several of us have gotten it on our hands as most use that post to pull up onto the porch. I haven't gone over the rest of the cabin but those were obvious things right off as you look at the front of the cabin. Rick told me to go over it with a fine tooth comb and send pics so they will send someone out to fix these things.

Overall, we were satisfied with the building and the delivery. There was a board in the floor of our storage building that wasn't​ nailed down completely. Other than that, we're pleased.

I had a great experience in ordering and creating my barn. I've used Leland's since it opened here in Grandview and I love that their products have only gotten better. It just took a bit longer than I had hoped to get the barn delivered, but once it happened, it didn't take too long at all!

Good quality shed but delivery was slower than expected

The service was really amazing. The building is beautiful. We had a slight delay with getting our building ready for delivery, and because it was rushed, the paint was wet which we'll have to touch up. Rick was great and all about making us, as customers, happy. The delivery driver was extremely professional, very fast, and the delivery process was super smooth and fascinating to watch. Overall, when we're ready for another building, we'll get one here.
