Leland's BarnsReviews of lelandsbarns.com

We just love our Brazos 16’x48’ cabin..the quality of the product is a great value for the money. We do have a few things that could be improved. 1. The cabin was not square to the concrete pad after the set it, but we didnt find out till the skirting contractors came to pit the skirting and deck on. 2. We had a pot filler added and did the walk through and paid our final payment then when the cabin was delivered the pot filler was moved, without any communication to us.. 3. We sent several emails that went unanswered throughout the process. 4. Several key items seemed to not communicated throughout the process i.e. change in delivery address, change in deck size. Both were ultimately fixed but we had to get involved to make it correct. Overall we are satisfied with the product, but Lelands need to work on setup quality control, and internal and customer communications.

So far so good, let's see if it holds up as well as I think it will, well built.

Delivery and set up and leveling was done in an expert way.customer service was excellent.the only problem i had was some scratch and paint remove from my storage.

From order to delivery; the process was great! My studio is very well built and beautiful at a reasonable price! I’d definitely recommend Lelands to anyone needing a little extra space. I’d order another one if I had the space and money!😊

Great building and price. Just a little something wrong and waiting on repair man to come fix it.

The ordering process was simple and straight forward, Greg did a wonderful job communicating all the options and help me pick the perfect garden shed for my wife. Leland called and let me know the shed was being built and when to expect delivery. The delivery company was awesome to work with - they called me a couple of days ahead of time to schedule the deliver, they were on time and professional. They went the extra step to make sure the shed was positioned exactly where I wanted it and leveled it up very well, all bubbles showed perfectly level. Brandon installed the ramp and did a final check and asked "Is it perfect?" and it was! The whole delivery process took about 45 minutes. Excellent service and very pleased! I will be contacting them again for my barn next year. Thanks to all the folks involved in making this happen! The only reason this is not a 5 star is the shed needed to be swept out due to wood shavings and nails left behind and the one flower box is not exactly level but that can be fixed.

They are totally great , in all parts of the service , great to work with and they do all they can to make you happy etc, only reason. I give a 4 and not a 5 is on del and set up they just cant seem to get building LEVEL , my second one with them and both had the issue , but other than that I would refer anyone to them anytime anywhere

arrived as ordered . all aspects from ordering to delivery were outstanding. it rained really hard and it was perfectly dry inside. only reason for 4 instead of 5 was that the door locking pins were off center and will have to be drilled out. also the hardware could be more substantial. otherwise super pleased
