Just bought a stone from Leibish on ebay only to find they cancelled the transaction after the Paypal payment had gone through. Furthermore they sent me an intra-ebay email asking me to confirm the order was cancelled, which is not possible; the only option to check is the "I've been refund for this cancelled item" box. I did NOT hit that. I am in the middle of reporting them and getting my money back through ebay's guarantee, what a pain! Their excuse for cancelling the item was that they already sold it on another platform, a blatant admission to violating ebay policy. #scam

Sandy was very helpful, and patient in helping me select a pink diamond. He gave me great advice and his honest opinion in helping me choose from the wide selection on the website. I did a lot of shopping for a fancy yellow diamond. I decided to purchase a stone from Leibish. My decision was based on the stone, pricing, photos (of the actual stone) and reviews. Sandy Ray, VP Sales North America, was my representative. He talked me through some of the finer points of purchasing a fancy yellow. A wire was sent and the stone arrived as stated. I am admittedly picky. The stone was not exactly what I was looking for and I requested a return. The return was fast and easy. There was no deviation from their online stated policies. Over the last few weeks Sandy has personally taken the time to educate me on various aspects and differences of yellow diamonds, as well as email with me multiple times with additional details regarding a beautiful set of earrings for my wife.
