This is a strange story, but illustrates the superb customer service of Amir Fogel and Avivva Spots and the other Leibish folks I have worked with. In 2013, I purchased a lovely .24 ct argyle pink stone in a halo setting. It was a lifelong dream of mine to make such a purchase. The purchase was easy- Leibish is a well organized outfit. They asked me what I was looking for and what my price range is, sent me some photos and certs for diamonds in my price range, and offered suggestions for mountings that would help highlight and enhance the color. In the end I picked a stone and ordered and received a ring in short order. I was quite pleased with my purchase. It was a little over 30 days later when my oil burner died in my house, and I had nowhere to go to get funds. I contacted Leibish about selling the diamond back to them, and even though it was past their return policy number of days, they happily agreed to take the diamond back for a small fee. It was such a relief that I was able to return the diamond, and such a wonderful thing for Leibish to do; they certainly were not obligated to do something so terrific for a customer! Over the next 3 years, I occasionally peeked at their site, checking out their stones and jewelry. I also got back on my feet financially. So I inquired about the "Cyber Monday" prices this past Thanksgiving. It turned out that my very diamond ring was still in stock! Thanks to the big sales, Amir offered the diamond to me for a lower price than I had originally paid. I jumped at the chance, and now I am sitting in my living room, wearing my lovely bubblegum pink diamond ring. I would highly recommend Liebish for anyone who is looking for colored diamonds of all kinds and all price ranges. The purchase experience is every bit as wonderful as the jewelry.

I have to say, considering that I only had pictures and reviews to work off of and that the company is in Israel, making the decision to work with this company was very stressful. However, after gaining contact with Ben and his team they relieved every worry that I had. Everything from the selection process, the design and fabrication of the ring was very smooth. Ben constantly kept in contact via email and would sometimes even call me to discuss updates regrading the ring fabrication. I was under pressure to have to ring completed in a specified time and even with the adjustment that I requested, I was still able to receive my ring (in hand) on time. I would most definitely work with this company in any future jewelry purchase. Thank you again Ben, Jean and all that were involved in process.

I called Sandy late at night and left a message. He called back and helped me choose a yellow intense stone. Sandy helped me through the entire process until I received the stone and even afterwards. He was available for any questions at all times. Sandy is very knowledgeable about diamonds and was honest and genuinely interested in helping get an excellent quality diamond. I have no hesitation consulting Sandy again and buying from Leibish again. They were very straightforward and not once did I ever fear of being duped or fear of any substandard quality. The ring is stunningly beautiful and coming from me, that is a tall order. Thank you, Sandy, and your team.

Ben was very easy to work with. He was responsive, patient and helpful. I had a small purchase but I was not treated any differently. His customer service is excellent and I hope to work with him again in the future.

I loved the web site and the diamonds being shown. However, I was apprehensive making a large purchase over the internet with a foreign company. Ben M. change all that for me. I was in the market for a colored diamond and visited a number of different web sites. I was somewhat skeptical of making a major purchase without seeing the gem stone in person. After reading some of the reviews of previous customers I felt more comfortable and actually reviewed the diamonds Leibish had to offer an narrowed it down to 4 different stones. I needed additional help at this point and called to talk to an expert. Sandy did an outstanding job of walking me through the pluses and minuses of each stone and based on that I narrowed it down to one. He also took the time to explain how the purchase process would work. There was no pressure to purchase, just an open conversation. after a few days of thinking it over I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Sandy walked me through the process and tracked the shipping detail until the diamond was delivered to my door. The entire process took less than a week!! I would recommend Leibish & Co to anyone and will use them again in the future when in the market for another diamond.
