Mostly because it requires me to remember to do it. But I'm writing this one today because- well it's a little important when it's about the biggest moment of your life. So- first, Efi - you were absolutely wonderful to work with. Patient, speedy, jovial, and supportive are just a few things that describe this gentleman. Second- OUTSTANDING craftsmanship! I mean, it's hard not to stare at my ring! The diamond is stunning. The detail and setting work are phenomenal and tasteful at the same time. I was worried about using someone I had never met or heard of, and purchasing a ring I would never try on- but they made it so easy and confortable for us that even my normally skeptical (fiancé) was onboard and ready to buy! Third- excellent processing time and value- trust me We looked everywhere online and elsewhere and could not find a better deal. Our ring is appraised at 15-20k more than it cost us!! And it arrived safely and insured in 3 weeks time from when we finalized the design. Just thrilled. Will be referring everyone of my girlfriends to leibish. I was in the market for a yellow diamond engagement ring and was lost with all the resources available online and in store. I found Leibish due to all the great reviews online and figured so many people couldn't be wrong. I was right, this experience has been nothing short of perfection. From my first interaction with Meira through chat and over 50 emails later, we perfected the engagement ring with the diamond and setting I wanted. Meira always responded quickly and made this experience comfortable and exciting unlike many stores you deal with in person where pressure is the main sales tactic. Meira just provided great customer service, and that was enough for me.They worked with my budget and found the best quality within my price range, providing updates along the way with design mock ups and images and videos once the ring was complete. The ring arrived quickly and all i could say was wow. It was stunning and looked even better in person that I could imagine. After receiving the ring and doing more research, I know I received the best deal possible on the rings. I was so impressed with the service I had them also create a custom wedding band to match the engagement ring, and it too was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better service in this process. I have found a new jeweler and will easily recommend them to any one looking for great jewelry, amazing service, and affordable prices.
