I chanced upon Leibish while looking for a legitimate seller for colored diamonds and ended up purchasing a pair of earrings and a ring (both custom set). I was kindly assisted by Mali throughout the entire process. I was at first nervous at making such an expensive purchase online. Mali was super responsive and patient with my incessant questions and clarifications, and also very professional in handling my order. There were no "sales" tactics involved so therefore no pressure at all; only genuine customer service. I would regard Leibish as a maker of fine jewelry - the craftsmanship of the finished product is indeed very polished and high quality. Additionally, packaging, presentation and shipping was thorough and well thought out. I look forward to being a repeat customer.
