Quality construction and fast shipping
The shipping was quick considering it came from overseas. I needed the urn in a hurry but didn’t want to compromise on what we wanted, and it is perfect. The bronze is very striking but not overly shiny, and I have gotten multiple compliments on the companion urn already.

Thank you for your kind words. We’re truly glad to hear that the urn arrived quickly and met your expectations, especially given the circumstances and urgency. It means a lot to know you didn’t have to compromise on your choice and that the piece feels just right. The bronze finish is indeed designed to be elegant without being too reflective, so it’s wonderful to hear it’s being appreciated. We’re honored that the companion urn has already received such positive feedback.

Beautiful Pets Resting place
We wanted some extra special for our little girl Pepper (she’s one of our senior cats). Her favorite toy is a stuffed dolphin and this urn will proved a beautiful resting place when the time comes. The quality of the materials used as well as the painting are beyond what I could have expected. Thank you.

Glad to hear that the contact went smoothly afterwards. As for our email address, we believe it is active and reachable for inquiries. However, we understand that it may not always be immediately visible on the website, and we will look into how we can make this clearer for our customers.
