I never received the product or a refund. We finally received our purchase today 6-28-21. It was about 2 weeks. The product is lovely the delivery was extremely slow.

WHY DON'T WE SEE THE COMMENTS THAT ARE VERY TRUE STATEMENT'S ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. THERE ARE 100% OF FAVORABLE COMMENT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT 0% LISTED OF YOUR NEUTRAL COMMENT'S. & 0% LISTED OF YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENT'S, WHY IS IT LIKE THIS. IT'S LIKE YOU ARE PADDING YOUR BOOK'S, TO MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK THE BEST. BUT IN REALITY, YOU ARE JUST A GUT WRENCHING COMPANY. INSTEAD OF IT BEING THROWN AWAY, WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST REALIZE THAT MISTAKES HAPPENED. & YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE ME THE 30% OFF ON THE COUPON I HAD. OD JUST GIVE IT TO ME @ 50% OFF OR 25% OFF. BECAUSE THAT CUSTOMER HAS COME BACK TO US PLENTY OF TIME'S, SINCE WE DID WHAT WAS RIGHT FOR THEM THE CUSTOMER. SO ACCUSING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ONE OF THOSE TYPE PEOPLE THAT CAN'T BE HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO FOR THEM. NOW THAT'S WRONG ABOUT ME, I JUST WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, ON THE THINGS THAT WENT WRONG WITH MY ORDER. & BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS. I 100% NEED & WANT THIS ITEM, I LOST MY SISTER & COUSIN & MY DAD IN 2020 TO THE CORONAVIRUS. & WE ARE FINALLY BURYING MY DAD NEXT WEEK, WERE THE BRACELET IS A EXTREMELY PART IN THE BURIAL. WE ARE MIXING MY SISTER'S ASHES & MY DAD'S ASHES IN TO THE BRACELET THAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU GUY'S. & THEN HE WILL PUT IT INTO MY DAD'S URN & BURY IT TOGETHER. SO MY SISTER & DAD WILL BE TOGETHER IN HEAVEN, BUT I'M GETTING ALL THIS BACKLASH ABOUT THE BRACELET WITH YOU GUY'S. Should have faster shipping service

Horrible customer service. I emailed to check on my order and never received a response. I was told they never received confirmation of the proofs or sent the order to the artist as a result. Then, my order miraculously appeared, but it didn’t arrive in time for the Memorial Service. When asked to confirm if the order would arrive on time - they just sent the order out anyway and provided a tracking receipt. If I would’ve known that the urn wouldn’t of arrived in time for the Memorial - I would’ve canceled and found someone else. But they charged me anyway, didn’t meet requested deadline, and had crappy customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Truly shocking. Awful. Paid £117 for a small candle holder urn. What arrived was no more than a £5 pot (spray painted black!) barely worthy of a plant in the garden, let alone my Father! Would feel bad putting a pet in this urn! Lid doesn't screw on, so ashes are vulnerable to spilling. The bottom isn't painted or protected with anything, just bare pottery. It is cheap, nasty and devastating to receive while grieving. On top of this, delivery took 2 weeks! customer service is non-existent. Hoping I'll be able to get my money back, but don't hold much hope. Avoid Avoid Avoid! LegendUrn you should be ashamed!!

The urn is too small, I want to return it

Legend Urn charged me $546 but Fed Ex called me and said they could not delivery to my mailing address. I tried to give them a different address but they said the Seller had to update it. I called the: +1929 254 4506 (THEY NEVER ANSWER) twice and left two voicemails and I emailed them twice begging them to please contact FedEx and update the delivery address so that I can (after 6 weeks) get the urn I was charged and paid $546 for. I have heard NOTHING. They never answer their phone and ignored my emails. Of course they answered my emails when I was buying the urn. Can you image being ignored and having your credit card charged for the remains of a loved one and the absolute arrogance and cruelty of keeping your hard earned money and ignoring you. Geeske has ignored me and has a terrible unprofessional attitude. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I feel insulted ripped off and angry being ignored, How many times do I need to call. How does a business not understand fixing a simple issue. They turn their nose up to Americans and their arrogance is palpable. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE ARROGANT RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE HURTING FROM THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE. SHAME ON YOU GEESKE YOU REALLY ARE HORRID. IF YOU HATE AMERICANS DONT ADVERTISE HERE. MAY YOUR RUDENESS, THEFT AND ARROGANCE COME TO YOUR LIFE. I WISH I NEVER SAW THIS RIP OFF WEBSITE. I AM WAITING TO BRING REMAINS HOME FOR WEEKS I TRUSTED LEGEND URN THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND HAVE IGNORED ME. OF COURSE I AM ANGRY. SHAME ON YOU AND WHAT YOU DO TO HONEST CUSTOMERS.
