The piece is beautiful, but I expected it to be bigger. And the hole at the bottom is very small.

I purchased an urn for my son. He shared gem stones with his Dad and was VERY pleased when I gifted it to him at Christmas. He said I will treasure this for the rest of my life. It is precious to me. Thank you for fulfilling this piece for him.

I received my Black Satin Heart with Paw Prints Urn. I was pleased that my Urn arrived so quickly from the Netherlands to me here in Canada, I was expecting it to take much longer. It was very well packaged for the journey. The Urn is larger then I expected and overall very beautiful. My only complaints are that one of the paw prints the gold outlining is basically missing while it's noticeable on all the other paw prints, and also that there is some type of flaking of the ceramic on the inside, which when I lifted it up bits of ceramic fell out, and when I looked inside is when I noticed some strange flaking ceramic material hanging from the inside. For the almost $300 spent it was disheartening to see that; However overall it looks beautiful, no damages otherwise. Would still recommend LegendURN.

It is absolutely beautiful! The only issue I had was it took so long to receive. I didn’t have this beautiful urn at my husband’s service. I would have loved to have shown.

Workmanship is top notch, the engraving is excellent. The urn is polished perfectly and is nice and heavy, perfect for a direct bury, not needing a vault if you don't want it. My only frustration is that I had wanted a lighter shade of green, and after looking at several photos, I let the service rep know what I was looking for. The color that arrived was a dark olive green. The grain in the rock was quite pretty, but it was still darker than expected. I expect that the Legend people are quite busy with the worldwide virus and custom orders take extra time, and while I am still happy with my purchase, and I would buy again if needed, I can't give a 4.5, but a 5 is perfect, which this one was not.

Everything went well. My only issue is that when I called the first time, somebody was supposed to call me back with the information that I requested but after 3 days, I had to call back and received the help that I requested

all good-some transit problems in Australia but got it sorted.
